Job Responsibilities
- Develop initial themes and design plan depending on current trends
- Develop designs as per the design plan
- Select and source raw materials (fabric) and accessories as per design
- Develop sample based on brand perception
- Create a tech pack for individual product
- Assist in the photoshoot of selective products and ensure its receiving at outlets
- Control overstock and understock of raw materials
- Generate scope of work for the stakeholders
- Assist in range building

Educational Requirements
- A Bachelor Degree (preferably in Fashion Design) from any reputed university
Experience Requirements
- 2 to 3 year(s)
Additional Requirements
- 2-3 years of work experience in Fashion Design
- Knowledge of fabric, pattern, product, production, embroideries, dye, and prints
- Skilled in Adobe Illustrator, fashion forecasting, pattern development
- Good sense of style, fashion, fabric, color and technical aspects
- Experience in creative and innovative design and conceptualization
- Strong communication, Interpersonal, analytical skills
